Group Reservations
Parties larger than 7 wishing to utilize the facility will require a prior reservation made at least 7 days in advance. This is to ensure proper staffing and space availability. No reservation = No entry.
This policy is all in the interest of safety. We have a 25:1 Patron to Lifeguard ratio as a facility policy that we must stay within at all times.
For group reservations there will be no food or drink of any kind (except bottled water) allowed in the facility unless otherwise expressly approved by Aquaventure Management.
In order to secure your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% or more of the total amount quoted to you. Deposit refunds will be handled at the discretion of management however, any request for a refund under 14 Days from the scheduled event will be denied. No Exceptions.
